Sharen Lee Swee Ling

1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
I take most pride in holding the title as Mrs Southeast Asia International 2012. It acts as a platform to achieve my dreams and vision. The title showcast the accomplishment of today's married women who are loving wives and caring mothers, successful career women with beautiful hearts dedicated towards communities.

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
I don't have a hero. However, I admire my mum for her strong personality. She toiled through difficult times to raise me and my sister when my dad left us. Mum made sure we were not deprived of anything. Today, she is still here for me, caring for my son.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
The last piece of advice from my late sister, is my most prized possession. It will always be embedded in my heart. Her advice gave me a lot of motivation and I learnt to be more appreciative. I value life more and I am grateful for what I am today.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
Being the tallest in school, I was given the nickname "tall girl". Today my friends who used to tease me, tell me that being tall is a blessing. According to them, everyone is unique in their own beautiful ways but tall women just have the extra something!

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
In Southeast Asia, we experience summer throughout the year. The hot temperature with abundant rainfall contribute to the natural heritage of flora and fauna. Given a choice, I would love spring as the temperature not too hot and I love the smell of freshness with colourful blooming flowers.
